The details behind the promise

A clear agreement,
from draft to handover.

Here’s what’s included, how we work together and what happens when plans change. We confirm your particular website and domain by email before you pay.

01

A small website, with a defined scope.

Both plans include development of one brochure or portfolio website with up to 5 pages. The final page structure is agreed by email. Typical content includes an introduction, services, work or products to showcase, contact information and links to an existing booking service or social profile.

We include layouts for phones and computers, image optimisation, basic page titles and descriptions, website hosting and HTTPS for the chosen service term. Search setup is a foundation; it is not a promise of rankings, traffic, enquiries or sales.

Outside the package

Online shops and checkout systems, memberships, custom backends, paid booking-system subscriptions, business email accounts, advertising and substantial new functionality. Linking to your existing booking service is included; building or paying for that service is not.

We explain any request outside this scope before taking on additional work. No extra paid work begins without your agreement.

02

One payment for the term you choose.

One year

$35 USD total

Development, One basic domain for 1 year, Website hosting for 1 year and 5 update batches each service month for 12 months.

Two years

$59 USD total

Development, One basic domain for 2 years, Website hosting for 2 years and 5 update batches each service month for 24 months.

These are upfront package prices, not monthly charges or automatic subscriptions. The included website scope and support are the same in both plans.

Before payment, we email you the draft, confirm the plan and scope, agree a basic domain option and explain these service details. You then receive a dedicated PayPal payment link for your project. This website does not collect payment information or process payments.

Prices are in US dollars. If your payment provider converts another currency, check its displayed total before confirming payment.

03

From an initial idea to an approved website.

  1. Initial draft and introduction. We prepare a proposal based on business materials and send it by email for you to review. Receiving a draft creates no obligation to buy.
  2. Payment, then preferences and permission. After payment, we move into confirming colours, fonts, style references, page priorities, content and image choices. We ask separately for material-use authorisation.
  3. Continued development. Once payment, required materials, preferences and authorisation are all in place, we provide a launch-ready version within 5 working days. If information is missing, this period has not yet started. If you request a scope change, we confirm its effect on timing by email.
  4. Your review and launch approval. You review the finished website and approve the final content and launch by email. We do not treat silence or payment as launch approval.
  5. Domain purchase and publication. Only after you approve launch do we purchase the agreed domain and publish the site. Your 12- or 24-month service period starts when the completed, approved website goes live. We confirm the start and end dates by email.

The 5-working-day promise is for a version ready for your review. The actual launch date also depends on your approval and completion of domain setup. If anything affects the agreed schedule, we explain it by email.

04

Your materials. Your permission.

The initial draft may use publicly available business information and materials to illustrate an idea for your review. It is an uncommissioned proposal unless otherwise agreed, and does not mean that you have endorsed our service or authorised public publication.

Before continued development using your materials, we ask you to confirm that you have the right to use the supplied images, text, logos and other content, and to authorise their use for your website. You can identify materials to remove or replace and provide preferred versions.

Payment is not material-use permission. You also approve the final public content before launch. Your materials remain yours; using your website or materials in our own portfolio or promotional case studies requires separate permission.

If you would prefer us not to continue using your materials in an initial draft, reply to the introduction email and tell us. The fictional florist shown on our homepage is a concept example with an original AI-generated image, not a real client or a commissioned project.

05

5 update batches every service month.

A service month is a monthly period counted from your confirmed launch date, rather than a calendar month. Each service month includes up to 5 batches of small updates. Unused batches do not roll over.

One batch means one email containing a consolidated list of changes, one update to the website and a confirmation. For example, replacing three photographs, changing opening hours and adjusting a service description can be grouped in one email as one batch.

  • Included: text changes, image replacements, link updates and small layout adjustments within your existing website.
  • Not deducted: emails needed to clarify your request and corrections to mistakes we made.
  • Outside the allowance: a complete redesign, substantial new functionality or other work beyond the agreed website scope.

We reply to everyday emails within 2 working days. We confirm the time needed to complete an update by email; the reply time is not a promise to finish every update within that time.

If you have used all 5 batches, we can plan further routine changes for your next service month. Anything outside the included service is discussed before work begins, with no unapproved extra charges.

06

What “domain included” means.

We include one available, standard-priced basic domain for your selected 1- or 2-year term. We confirm an option within the package before you pay. Premium names, a particular domain name and specific extensions are not guaranteed to be included or available.

We buy the domain only after your launch approval. Because availability can change before purchase, if the agreed name becomes unavailable, we contact you to agree an alternative before registering it.

Who holds the domain?

We register, hold and manage the domain during the service. It is not initially registered in your own account. You may request a transfer and receive the website files.

We do not charge our own handover service fee. Domain transfer is subject to the registrar’s applicable transfer requirements and processing times, so we confirm the practical steps by email. We explain any third-party transfer, registration or hosting charges before you proceed.

The website handover includes the website files and assets you are entitled to use. Continuing to run the website elsewhere requires suitable hosting and domain arrangements. Ask us before the service expires so there is time to arrange the transition.

If you already have a domain, tell us before payment. We confirm connection arrangements by email; this does not automatically include reimbursement or renewal of an existing domain.

07

A full refund before launch approval.

If you cancel before you approve launch, we provide a full refund of the package payment. Reply to your project email to request cancellation. You do not have to approve a website you do not want.

The refund cut-off is your explicit launch approval, not the later moment when the website becomes publicly accessible. We purchase the domain only after that approval.

After launch approval, problems with the website are addressed through the included support and maintenance service. The pre-approval full-refund promise does not continue after approval. Email us about a problem so we can work through it with you.

We confirm a requested refund by email. The time for the money to appear depends on the payment provider’s processing; we do not promise an instant return of funds.

08

The same price, every time you renew.

We guarantee renewals at $35 USD for one year or $59 USD for two years. These are total renewal prices, with the same included service: renewal of your agreed basic domain, website hosting with HTTPS, email support and 5 update batches per service month. Your renewal price will not increase.

We send a renewal reminder by email 30 days before your service expires, confirming these guaranteed prices and the next service dates.

You choose whether to renew or move elsewhere. There is no automatic charge, and silence does not count as agreement to a paid renewal.

If you decide to leave, we help with domain transfer and supply your website files without our own handover fee. You arrange and pay for future domain and hosting services with your chosen provider. Any third-party costs are explained before the handover proceeds.

The included hosting and updates end when the paid service term expires unless a new term is agreed. Continued website availability and domain renewal after that date are not included, so contact us before expiry to arrange renewal or transfer.

09

A direct conversation by email.

Reply to the email that came with your website draft for questions, plan selection, preferences, permission, changes, cancellation or handover. Keeping the conversation together helps us follow your decisions.

We reply to everyday emails within 2 working days. For this service, working days mean Monday through Friday; this is not a round-the-clock or emergency support service.

Your original draft email is our conversation starter.
