A draft is a practical way to show an idea for your business. We may use publicly available business materials to put together the initial preview. It’s a proposal for your review, not a claim that you commissioned or endorsed it.

You’re free to decline. If you don’t want us to continue using your materials in the draft, let us know in reply. Public launch requires your separate material-use permission and final approval.

We keep the service focused: small presentation websites, efficient development tools, communication by email and a defined allowance for ongoing changes. We don’t include the complexity or overhead of a large custom application.

The scope and basic domain are agreed before payment. The price covers the listed package for the chosen term. The same $35 for one year or $59 for two years is guaranteed for every renewal, with the same included service.

We move into confirming your theme preferences, references, page priorities and image choices by email. We also ask you to confirm your right to use the materials and authorise their use for your website.

Once payment and all required information and permissions are in place, we provide a launch-ready version within 5 working days. “Ready” means ready for your review; it never means we publish without your approval.

Yes. One agreed, standard-priced basic domain is included for your plan’s 1- or 2-year term. An available option is confirmed before payment; premium domains and specific extensions are not guaranteed.

We register, hold and manage the domain. You can request a transfer and your website files, with no handover service fee from us. Registrar requirements and any third-party charges are explained before transfer. Read the domain details.

Before you approve launch, you can cancel for a full refund. We purchase the domain only after that approval. Reply to the project email to request cancellation.

The full-refund promise ends when you approve launch. After approval, we address website problems through the included support and maintenance service. Read the refund details.

The 5 monthly batches cover text, images, links and small layout adjustments within your existing website. Unused batches don’t roll over. Clarification emails and fixes to our mistakes don’t count against the allowance.

A complete redesign, new complex functionality or work beyond the agreed scope is not included. We discuss that before doing extra work; we don’t add a charge without your agreement.

Your renewal price is guaranteed: $35 for one year or $59 for two years, every time you renew. This includes renewal of your agreed basic domain, hosting and the same 5 update batches each service month. We email a reminder 30 days before your term ends. You choose whether to renew or move elsewhere; there’s no automatic payment.

If you choose to leave, we help with domain transfer and provide the website files. Arrange the handover before expiry so you can put new hosting and domain arrangements in place.

A website gives people a clear place to understand your business and contact you. You can share it from social profiles, email and other business materials.

It doesn’t create traffic on its own. We include basic search information, but we don’t promise rankings, visitor numbers or sales, and advertising isn’t part of either plan.
